Katherine Snyder

Katherine (Kat) Snyder, PMHNP-C, FNP-C, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry/mental health and family practice. She earned both her Master of Nursing (MSN) and Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Colorado, College of Nursing, Anschutz Campus.

With 15 years of diverse healthcare experience, Kat has worked across oncology, hospice, emergency, and critical care settings. For the past five years, she has served as a primary care provider, substance use treatment specialist, and urgent care provider. Throughout her career, Kat has found deep fulfillment in caring for individuals of all ages, feeling both humbled and inspired by each person’s journey toward mental wellness.

Kat is dedicated to fostering genuine, authentic connectionswith her clients, creating a foundation of trust and collaboration. She takes a personalized, client-centered approach, working closely with each individual to identify meaningful treatment goals. By integrating evidence-based care, psychotherapy, education, medication management, and community-building, Kat empowers her clients to build on their strengths and achieve lasting well-being.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys hiking, swing dancing, playing violin, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and dog.
