Heather is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Heather brings more than 12 years of nursing experience, specializing in critical care. Throughout her career, she has cared for diverse patient populations and witnessed firsthand the profound connection between physical and mental health. These experiences have shaped her holistic, patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing the importance of treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. She is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their mental health goals.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and hiking.
