Brie Goodman is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 16 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings. She earned a Master of Science from the University of Colorado College of Nursing and has clinical training in outpatient psychiatry, inpatient and emergency psychiatric services, eating disorder treatment, and college mental health. Earlier in her career, she worked in inpatient cardiac and renal transplant care, bone marrow transplant and oncology nursing, international volunteer health clinics, and spent nearly a decade as a public health nurse. This experience continues to inform her psychiatric practice today with an emphasis on prevention, whole-person care, and the broader factors that influence mental well-being.
Brie believes in a collaborative and strengths-based approach to treatment. She works with patients to develop individualized care plans that may include medication, lifestyle strategies, and integrative approaches tailored to each individual. She has additional training in climate-aware therapy and values partnering with patients to help them achieve meaningful and lasting mental wellness.
Outside of work, Brie enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors of Colorado.
